At Holistic Case Management, LLC, we believe that there are always a better ways to getting things done. We provide “quality health care at-home” to the elderly at the comfort of their homes through our Adult Family/Foster Care program.Our Monitored in Home Care (MIHC) Program serves qualified individuals who are 16 years of age or older. MIHC Members must have Medicaid Standard or other Managed Care (MCO) Insurance, and be diagnosed with a medical, behavioral or psychiatry condition that impairs abilities to perform basis daily life activities.
